At ALPAKA, inclusion and equality are core to our business. We’re built on the idea that organisations and systems thrive when they encourage diversity, human connection, creativity, and community. We stand with the black community and the #BlackLivesMatter movement against racism, hate, and injustice.

Over the past few weeks, millions have taken to the streets to protest against a system that pushes down minorities and perpetuates injustice. Black Lives Matter sparked the biggest global movement against racial injustice of our lifetime.

We’ve taken action. At ALPAKA, we’ve donated to the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund to help bring about structural reform in the US. We’ve also donated to the Healing Foundation in Australia - an organisation that addresses the harmful legacy of colonisation. 

Let’s continue to get educated and build societies that are just and equal for all. We’ll start by doing this within our organisation.
